The season is going great. The new owner is happy with the teams performance
I’m struggling to get Owen to sign a new contract. His wage demands are way too high.
His been electrifying, which has affected his condition. He’s my main man up top, so he will have to settle for some sub appearances.
I hope it doesn’t damage his goalscoring form coming in and out of the team.
I’m starting to question nicky butt performance.
League action and its the Tyne–Tees derby.
And it’s a battering.
I gambled, dropping nicky butt for milner, and it paid off. What a performance from Damien Duff probably overlooked with Owen hattick.
Cup competition now, and I’ve led Newcastle to the fourth round. In real life, they exited in the third round.
So from here on out, I’m not bothered if I get knocked out…. but I still want to win it.
Brushed aside, Preston.
Milner is still keeping his place in the team over nicky butt. And the lads taking his chance to convince me I’m making the right decision to include him.
One player is going unnoticed in the news, and that’s Emre. He’s been amazing in the team, and I’ve been knocking bids for his services from Chelsea and his former club Inter Milan.

The decision to keep Owen fit by rotating him in and out of the starting 11 has paid off and not affected his goalscoring form.
League cup quarter finals
Hull are no push overs. Did see this as an easy win. The tigers force the game into extra time.
Full time, and the battle is won thanks to nicky butt.
I decided to play him in DMC and keep milner in the team in the MC role, with a surprise inclusion of Alan Smith. Who I have no idea where to play him in the team.
Now for the other cup competition – FA Cup
A win in this round will take me to Newcastle Real life achievement.
Got a bit luckily with the draw, but I’m taking no chances and going strong.
This is the FA Cup, after all. The greatest cup competition in the world.
They should never have scored two goals against me. I’m glad I respected the cup competition.
As for the league. It’s getting a bit tasty for 2nd place. I don’t see newcastle winning it. Liverpool are amazing.
